I was treated for blood clots in my left leg with swelling and pain. I was ushered into the treatment room by Jennifer. Before Jennifer knew that I was a 78 year old man who had recently lost his wife 2 months ago and was very concerned over my existing health issue, she immediately began to put me at ease. She demonstrated a truly professional conduct by answering all my questions and providing me with information about what was to happen. Jennifer continued checking on me while I was waiting throughout the Emergency Department visit. If I had a need she was quick to provide it with a smile and charm. I am a 20 year Veteran of the Air Force and have endured seven major surgeries and was my wife's primary care provider for 19 months before her death. I have never before witnessed such care and kindness as provided by Jennifer. I wager that I am not the only patient of hers that feels this way.
