Jenn was my night nurse and was by far my favorite. This is saying a lot because all of my nurses were great. Jenn, however, was not only efficient and totally on top of everything – she was so educated and explained everything to me in detail. This was helpful in so many ways. From understanding medication – my body and what was happening – all the way to things I will take home with me for continued care. She was thoughtful and kind and so very professional. She took time to train the lady who was working alongside her in a way that reflected true leadership. Even when she took over shift and transferred shift, her briefings were so detailed, and her questions showed that she wanted to know exactly what was happening with me. She is what should be considered a model nurse and is a true asset to any floor. I am grateful for her care and my roommate, and I both discussed how great she was.
