Saturday night was not a good night for me or my nurse. I was going through a process involving a prolonged drip into the bloodstream. In this particular instance, the point of penetration was bleeding badly - lower groin. A lot of Jen's effort that night was involved with this area. Then the blood count began to go below limits. That was explained in a professional manner and, eventually resulted in me being given a unit of blood. Blood count measurements then showed the condition corrected. Now, this is a groggy patient's observation who probably didn't know half of what was going on but I want to point out Jen. It was a long and difficult night for me and undoubtedly more difficult for Jen. Through it all, she was there for me. I would judge her performance as outstanding and her skills as a nurse excellent. This patient was very happy to be under her care. Thank you, Jen!
