We had the privilege of having Ginger (Jennifer Church) as our RN several times during our 19 day stay in PSCI. From the first shift, she stood out to us because of her patience, sincerity and willingness to educate us. She treated us just like her own family, which meant the world to us since our family doesn't live here. She took us under her wing, so to speak, and ensured we had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She never ceased to thoroughly answer our hundreds of questions, to reassure us and to calm our fears when needed. It was apparent through her interactions with other staff that we weren't the only ones to feel this way. She was an integral part of us remaining positive despite the circumstances, and of our calmness and faith during the recovery time. Ginger is the most deserving of being recognized for her outstanding service and sincere care to the patients and visitors of PSCI. Thank you Ginger!
