Jennifer Clifton has made my experience with RMC very exceptional. She has provided remarkable services, whether it is the way she treats me, how she takes my opinions into consideration, or how she really cares and shows how much she cares through her everyday interactions with her patients. She is very understanding. She opens her ears and listens fully, and I really have appreciated everything she’s done for me.

She has gone over and beyond, and I really wanted to take the time to recognize her for her contributions. I wish all nurses at RMC would work the same way she does because she has really provided remarkable service that, if all nurses provided, then your hospital would be amazing. Unfortunately, not all nurses provide the same service, but she has gone above and beyond, and I really wanted to take the time to pass that on to whomever it may concern.

Jennifer Clifton has provided exceptional customer service! She has been empathetic, kind, caring, and supportive. She has made my experience in the hospital a positive one. I was in a horrible car accident. I hurt badly and was very uncomfortable. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I can't express enough how grateful I am to her.

Hospitals are already bad enough, and most of the workers don't care; they just go through the routine, but with Jennifer, she takes the time to listen and take my feelings, pain, and opinions into consideration and makes them heard! We need more nurses like Jennifer!
