Thank you for all that you do. Jen is an excellent bedside nurse who goes above and beyond for patients/families and our unit. With her background in NICU she helps moms breast feed and get baby ready for discharge. She also is a patient advocate, as charge RN, during interdisciplinary rounds. She also precepts/mentors new staff and always puts team first. In addition to her charge duties, she also helps balance the schedules and attends ANM meetings regularly. Jen is also a great role model for patient experience and hourly rounding.
