Jen has a strong commitment to her family, both biological and those she cares for like family. Jen always brings a smile to her shift. She is fantastic about receiving feedback and is always thinking outside the box to keep the unit and patients safe. She embraces the learning process as a newer nurse and is always looking for opportunities for self-improvement. Her 8 HamiltonFamily is very proud of her!

Jen was an awesome nurse. Jen always was able to answer any questions that I had! She has a great sense of humor which is great when we are dealing with depression, anxiety, etc. I truly love having her as a nurse. She was the best. She is very understanding of her patients and could make you laugh whenever you feel like crying. She is very helpful to your needs. When asked a question she never just blew you off, she came to you. She took the time to listen to you.
