Jen was a superb example of what I consider a model nurse. Her positive attitude and compassion for her patients created a comfortable room atmosphere. When she came to my room, Jen explained why she was there and then carried out her task. She asked me if I needed anything, if I was comfortable, and how I was feeling. It was evident she loves her job and her patients. I was so glad she had me as a patient. For her exceptional service, I recommended that she be awarded the DAISY Award.
