Jennifer Craig 2024, BSN, RN

Jennifer was the first person I met from the hospital, and I knew from the first time that she spoke with me that she was the kind of leader that I wanted to work for. She challenges me to grow as a nurse and has worked tirelessly to build an amazing team at CVSD. Her office door is always open, and I remember her kind words and support when I was facing a family medical emergency. She took care of what needed to happen to make sure that I could be there for my family. She would check in with me later to see how things were progressing, and her genuine concern touched me deeply. I am grateful to have her as my leader and know that even when the work gets tough (and it always does!), I work with the best team which is there because she invested in us and built our unit into what it is today.
