I was referred to St. Francis for an ablation due to the fact that the VA was not doing “elective” procedures. Jennifer became my go-to person for coordinating my care. Many times there were issues with billing, extension of the referral, and other issues. These caused additional stress for my wife and me.

Her knowledge and expertise as a nurse helped her understand the medical side and how the problems affected our well-being. She truly advocated for us showing us the utmost respect. She is truly an asset to the VA and we have been blessed to have her in our corner. She was instrumental in my smooth transition back to the VA when my referral ran out again helping to alleviate undo stress.
