I arrived to PCU on Monday following surgery. My hemoglobin levels consistentaly fell until a blood transfusion was ordered at 7.3. I requested a minister or clergy to stop in for prayer prior to receiving blood. Unfortunately no one was able to come. Jennifer asked if a prayer from her would be sufficient. She first asked what my needs were. She knelt on her knees next to my bed. Her prayer was personal and spiritual. I truly felt the Lord's presence. It was a wonderful prayer. She satisfied my need for prayer.
