One afternoon, just as patients were scheduled for procedures, our clinic suddenly ran out of IUD supplies. Instead of canceling appointments, Jennifer immediately found a solution. She personally went to another Kaiser location in Springfield to borrow IUDs until our shipment arrived. Because of her, our patient received care as planned without stress or rescheduling. Moments like this show how Jennifer always puts patients first and goes the extra mile.

As Manager for Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and AFM, Jennifer demonstrates strong leadership, compassion, and dedication. She creates an environment where the team feels supported and valued, allowing us to give our best to patients. She reviews the schedule, requests extra help when needed, works with other departments, and keeps things running smoothly even on the busiest days.

Despite everything on her plate, Jennifer always makes time for the team. She checks in regularly, helps room patients during busy times, and makes sure no one feels alone during stressful moments. Her approachable, solution-focused attitude makes it easy to ask questions or share concerns, and she helps turn challenges into teamwork.

Through daily huddles, Jennifer keeps us informed about changes, prepares us for the day, and helps us support patients with confidence. Her compassion goes beyond work—when my husband unexpectedly needed kidney stone surgery, she immediately gave me time off and sent a kind message wishing him well. That meant a lot and showed how much she truly cares.

Jennifer also creates a positive and supportive workplace. She celebrates birthdays, organizes wellness activities, recognizes milestones, and brings the team together in meaningful ways. She keeps us on track with training, safety, and scheduling, which reduces stress and allows us to focus on patient care.

Working with Jennifer every day, I see her dedication and kindness firsthand. She leads with heart and makes both staff and patients feel supported.
