M was called to the preop area at the request of a patient. Jennifer was getting her patient ready for a procedure. The patient began to tell M how extra special Jennifer was towards her. M asked the patient what made Jennifer so special. She replied, “It was her sincere kindness and her reassurance that she delivered.” The patient mentioned Jennifer asked her first before signing any paperwork and starting IVs, what could she do for her first before getting her ready. The patient mentioned she had a prior surgery at another facility, and Pearland was more kind, more professional, and cares more about their patients! Jennifer demonstrated caring and personalized her patient’s care.
