Our child was recently diagnosed with leukemia. We spent several days in the PICU and rode our emotional roller coaster. I would wish this on nobody. As we waited for the ALL versus AML diagnosis, Jennifer was so kind to listen intensely as my wife and I lamented about our situation. She was so caring and kind to us as we waited to see the odds of our child surviving this illness. She listened so intently and truly made us feel like she was as invested as we were in the news. Once the good news of ALL had been delivered by the doctor, she demanded a hug that was the most uplifting part of our journey. To feel someone was so invested in our care made it so obvious we had selected the correct hospital. Thank you, Jennifer. You are an angel.
