Jennifer continuously goes above and beyond for her patients and their families. She makes each patient's hospital stay as comfortable as possible. She is a great communicator and stays in constant contact with patients and their families. Jennifer is a true asset to not only the Case Management department but to NYU Langone Health. She represents NYU in a positive, caring, sincere light.

I wanted to take the time to communicate how much I appreciated the assistance of Jennifer Dobies, during my mother's hospital stay. For those of us who do not work in the Health Care system, it is very intimidating and quite honestly scary. Not knowing what to expect or anticipate was very anxiety-inducing for us. Having Jennifer around to check on us and communicate what some of the next steps might be, helped reduce our stress and enabled us to have an idea of what the possible next steps might be.  What we should be doing and preparing for, as well as what we needed to do. Her gentle reminders and follow-ups were just perfect. She is a treasure and we will remember her very fondly for many years to come. Thank you and your staff, for all of your help.
