My husband and I just checked out of your hospital today and wanted to recognize one of your team members for going above and beyond while we were there. We did not know what to expect when we learned only days before admission that the time had come for treatment.

We were filled with anxiety and fear when we arrived; however, Jennifer immediately gave us a sense of peace, and her compassionate care quickly put us at ease. Throughout our two-day stay for our first chemo, she was always prepared and two steps ahead, eloquently explaining everything at every stage.

When my husband experienced a reaction, she was calm, responsive, and formulated a speedy remedy. In spite of a full patient roster, she always made us feel like we were her only patient. If she said she would be back in so many minutes or at a specific time, she always was.

At a time when we were most vulnerable and filled with a million questions, we felt so blessed that Jennifer was assigned to guide us step-by-step through this unfamiliar process.

We want to personally thank her for going above and beyond to make this experience as pleasant as possible.
