Jennifer Dowling, RN

I am the mother of a patient who suffered a heart attack in October 2022 and was hospitalized for 14 days. My son then recuperated in my home. It was life-changing for me to have my 42-year-old son have emergency open-heart surgery and be told it was life-threatening. Then came his home care nurse, Jennifer, she came into our lives with so much knowledge and professionalism. She was compassionate and sympathetic to both my son and myself. Never rushing, answering multiple questions (more than one time) and she really made a difference in coping with my son’s health situation. Jennifer arranged to have the remote medical equipment delivered and then packed up to return. She had such a positive attitude my son really looked forward to her visits. We both feel that because of Jen's consistent excellence in nursing, she is a true DAISY Nurse.
