Jennifer went above and beyond when caring for one particular homeless patient. The patient had severe untreated mental illness and Jennifer trusted her to participate in a bedside procedure that changed her course of care. The magic moment was when she took the patient's clothes to have them laundered and brought them back clean. She demonstrated such compassionate care!
