My wife and I had our first baby, nerves were extremely high coming to the hospital with her in labor. Jen made us feel very comfortable and reassured us that everything was going to go smoothly. She was GREAT at explaining exactly what was going on, in a way that we could understand, and what we should be expecting next. She was off the following day but when she returned to work the day after she even stopped in to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything.
