My family and I are very grateful to Jennifer. From the moment she stepped foot into my father's room she was kind and sincere. My father was in an accident. I flew here from another state to be here for my family. It was a holiday weekend and hotel rooms were so expensive. She went out of her way and found a recliner for me to sleep. When my father was getting restless from being in bed all the time, Jennifer followed through with her promise to get my dad outside for a breath of fresh air. It made a world of difference to my father. She answered every question we threw her way and being bilingual was major as my mother's first language is Spanish. Every day before she left, she would tell us thank you and see you tomorrow. Jennifer is the definition of what this award stands for.
