Jennifer is a Clinical Care Leader in the Emergency Department. I had a situation with a patient who was 16 weeks pregnant, came in and delivered. She was so distraught. Jen jumped right in helping me. She went to L&D and got a kit to wrap the baby. We were there to console her. She had to go to the OR. Jen stayed with the family in the ER so they could visit with the baby afterward. We hand printed the baby and Jen went upstairs to personally handed it to her. Jen's compassion and care for the patient was world class. I was proud to be her co-worker and glad she was there to help me in this difficult situation.
