As a patient in the ER, I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with the caring professionalism of all those I came in contact with, including Dr. E, C, and C in the lab and especially Jennifer in the ER. Of the visits I have made to the ER in the past, I have never seen someone so dedicated, thorough, friendly, and compassionate. As someone who is getting older and with a list of debilitating chronic illnesses, coming into the ER can be scary and an unsure experience. Not knowing what is going on with your body and how you are going to be treated by those who care for you. I nominate Jennifer for the DAISY Award because from the moment I arrived until the moment I left, she did her job with friendliness, humor, professionalism, and a quiet passion for making sure that I received the best care possible. She is definitely an asset to your facility and to Charles City. They were all the best.
