My husband needed a lot of care and assistance. We are from out of town, which made everything more difficult. Jennifer was here three days in a row and always had a smile, was always quick to respond to his needs, was friendly, courteous, and respectful of both our feelings and sensitive to our situation.

She was helpful with everything we needed, always answered our questions honestly, and made suggestions to make our stay better and more productive. We looked forward to seeing her for the three days that she was here for us, and she did everything she could to accommodate us. I have to say we are very impressed with this hospital and will tell anyone it is the best that we have seen.

We have both been hospitalized on multiple occasions at many different hospitals. This is the friendliest staff and the most accommodating staff from the ER to the floor we are on. Not one person has complained about anything, and they all had positive attitudes and were always helpful in every way; even housekeeping was extra helpful and friendly. The food was good, and the nutrition staff was always friendly and accommodating. The nurse's aides were also helpful, friendly, and did everything to help us in any way.

We both truly both appreciate all the assistance and kindness in this difficult situation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
