This nurse meets every criterion and more of the DAISY Award. She consistently offers to help her teammates and makes sure all of her patients' needs are met. I have never once seen this nurse be negative or have a poor attitude. She handles all aspects of her job with humbleness and a smile. At the end of the day, if time allows, she always reaches out to see if any other patients need to be covered before she returns home. Jennifer truly shines in patient care and being a true team player. We are blessed to have this nurse at our branch! She represents Atrium well with integrity, kindness, and compassion for her patients and peers.
