Jennifer summoned a team for help and held onto a patient to prevent him from falling. During the commotion, she said, "I am still not leaving you." When the team took the patient away, the patient recalls he held her hand and said thank you. "It meant a lot to me that someone really cared when I thought nobody did. Jennifer saved my life by talking to me and not letting me give up."
