I was diagnosed with placenta accrete during my pregnancy, so when I come in for my delivery I was pretty anxious. From the very beginning, Jenni was a calm, confident presence. She saw when I was nervous and stopped what she was doing until I was more comfortable While in an OR full of doctors, nurses, and techs, she never stopped advocating for me. Including when a doctor was causing more anxiety through his explanations. She was constantly focused on my best interests. It didn’t stop there. She continued to care for me through recovery and the start of my admission and she continued monitoring me and caring for my every need before I even knew I needed anything. She took what I thought was going to be one of the worst experiences of my life, and made it one of the best. She’s compassionate, empathetic, patient, and intelligent. It's very easy to see that she loves her job. She is the true definition of what a nurse should be.
