I was very nervous coming to have surgery done. Jen helped ease my apprehension and instilled confidence that she would take very good care of me. She has a gentle voice, and she was not rushed in her tone or actions, which helped ease my anxiety. Jen explained everything she was doing and practiced incredibly good hand washing, which I really appreciated.
