Jennifer is the epitome of a team player. No matter what unit she is asked to work, she does it and with a smile on her face. She's honest and accurate. She's calm in stressful situations. She's reassuring to her patients and their families. When asked how she can always be so positive, her answer is, "I'm a nurse and that's what we are supposed to do. I am here to take care of patients. It doesn't matter what unit they are on". Jennifer is a true example to all of her coworkers. She obviously has a passion for nursing and it shows in her daily life.
