I've never had a nurse so caring and professional in my life. This was my first baby, so everything is new. Jen made me feel so comfortable and confident that I want to be best friends with her now. I mean, sure, she is a nurse, that is her job to do this, but that's not how I felt. When blood was pouring down my leg, she was right there helping me, reassuring me and my fiancé, who was trying not to panic himself. I never felt like a burden, never felt forgotten, or like I was just another patient. She had an answer to every question and concern I had, which was many. Jen cared, and it showed each day I was blessed to have her at my bedside. Easily one of Virtua's best.
