Jennifer was my nurse when I came to your hospital. The weather was very bad outside, and I was having one of the worst days of my life, literally. I was an emotional wreck and all alone. I'm sure she saw my mental state. Jennifer said to me, "Today, I am your family." I will never forget her kindness, the love she showed me. She sat with me the whole time and was there for me the moment I came out of the procedure. Jennifer is of Italian descent and I am African American. There were no ethnic barriers. I truly thank God for her. Every act of kindness she showed helped to sooth all I was going through. She was genuine and compassionate beyond measure and I just wanted to recognize her. Thank you!
