One RN stood out for her caring attitude, empathy, and attention to detail during my recent hospitalization. My first night, where I could not seem to catch my breath, was my most challenging. Jennifer was firm that I should address my breathing problem and stayed with me with words of encouragement until the breathing finally came under control. Stern, yet compassionate best describes Jennifer. She works an odd set of shifts, so she was there during the day shift and an occasional night shift during my stay. Jennifer was always the consummate professional. When it comes to providing medical care, she was detail-oriented, ensuring that all instructions were followed, ensuring proper dosages. I always felt comfortable that I was in the hands of a professional.
