Jennifer was my nurse when Dr. R was still with us. After his unexpected passing, she called me personally to let me know what happened and allowed me to grieve on the phone before hanging up. She always goes above and beyond for me. She is semi-retiring in October, and I couldn't believe I had never nominated her for this award because if anyone deserves it, it's her.

She's kind, funny, and personable. She made me feel like a person and not a number. She is the most wonderful nurse I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Jennifer embodies what a nurse should be. Never a snarky attitude or a notion that a bad day was being had. She hung in there after Dr. R passed suddenly and helped me through his loss, as he was the only doctor I ever trusted. Without her, I know I wouldn't have been so comfortable with getting my health together, and I will be forever grateful for how she treats me.

I feel lucky to have been able to get to know her as well. She's an amazing person and an amazing nurse. To me, she's an angel and completely one of a kind.
