Jenn has really stepped up since all the staffing changes started occurring rapidly here on 4E. She has taken on the job of filling out all the assignment sheets so they are neat and ready to go, well ahead of time. This task has saved a lot of nurses time and work and is so much appreciated, and goes above and beyond what is expected.
She has also recently helped out during staff interviews which is imperative when hiring new staff who we hope to be a good fit on the unit. She has also been called an incredibly supportive charge nurse multiple times by many different nurses, often taking multiple admissions simply so another staff nurse can have a more manageable assignment, and frequently jumping into help wherever and whenever it is needed. The support she provides her coworkers and the knowledge she has in providing exceptional care is highly valued on this unit and we cannot thank her enough for everything she does.
