Having a severe cardiovascular problem is difficult to hear, but our family felt reassured by Jennifer.  We appreciated that her professionalism and knowledge were delivered in a kind but direct manner.  This was a time we didn’t want information to be muddled and difficult to understand.  Her knowledge of the process to prepare my niece for her procedure was personally reassuring.  No question was off limits.  She wanted not only R, but her family to understand the process. Her husband, D, mentioned that “Jennifer helped to keep R calm” once she arrived at the hospital and was in her care.  He also felt that it really helped that she explained each step and how things would proceed.

As her Aunt, I agree, plus I felt that she was very thorough and made us feel that we were placing R’s care with experts.

Her sister shared that she appreciated that she explained each step in language we could easily understand.  She also added that she was so very “NICE”.

My niece (the patient) said, “She was AWESOME!”
