Going to the hospital is not exactly a highlight in my life, but once I got into a room hours later and met Jennifer, my nurse, my God, she was amazing.

She made me forget about lying on a gurney in the hallway for hours before they decided I needed to stay overnight. She was like this angel, and that made me forget about my long journey to the room. She was ready to roll, she cared about every little thing and she didn't miss a thing!

She put these lower leg things on me for my circulation and explained everything, she inspected my legs and my skin, she was so thorough! Then came the hospital socks; she was checking my feet out and saying my skin was "blah, blah, blah." She put on those socks and it was like watching an artist at work. She cared so much about her job and I could tell this wasn't a "one off" thing, this is who Jennifer is, what Jennifer is...an EXTRAORDINATRY NURSE.
