I’ve never met a nurse through the UW and Meriter system that I did not like. They are all wonderful and professional! Yet, over the years, there is always a superstar for each patient, and Nurse Jenny Graves is my superstar! She is the assistant nurse to my doctor, whom I also admire so much, and Nurse Jennifer goes beyond the call of duty with her compassion and diligence in listening to your problems and helping you resolve things. She is a great communicator to the staff at the clinic and her boss. Whether it’s giving a tip on how to get the fever down or much more complex issues that deal with illness or prescription medication conversations. She was a champion during Covid to help all of us in the clinic to take care of ourselves in a better way. Nurse Jennifer takes a lot of pride in her work. She calls you back and gets you the information you need. She is a superstar!
