I have had chronic back pain from a back surgery that left me with horrid pain and disabled since 2003. When I was put in the hospital, the doctor thought my pain medicine was too strong and changed it although I was put on this pain med by a pain specialist that I see in Bloomington for the past 5 years. I understand the doctor but I did not have the chance to explain. It was the worst night of pain I'd had in two years. Jennifer listened to me, called the doctor and explained to him that it was my regular pain medicine. The nerve pain is unexplainable and I can tell you I want to die from it. She sat and talked with me about my life and the stress I had. Just took complete time for me. Felt like I was at a fine Hotel. She is a definite benefit to this hospital. Just love her!!! You should be proud of her and your team!
