My father-in-law came into the ER with a head injury. Although we were all panicked, Jen stayed calm and helped us calm down as well. I know working in the ER can be hectic, yet Jen was still very attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable. Jen's bedside manner and professionalism go far beyond the call of duty. Jen is one of the best nurses I’ve ever encountered in any type of medical setting. Her compassion, caring attitude, and knowledge made my visit here comfortable and trusting.
