Jennifer Harrington, BSN, RN

I am a legally blind and basically crippled, eighty-six-year-old woman. Jen was assigned to me for home calls after a three-day hospital stay for heart failure. She has become a friend who is always welcome at my back door. I find her friendly and professional. She's very detailed about reading my journal and doing my vitals. I thought my diuretic was too much due to my dry skin and lips. A couple of days later, the doctor called and changed my direction. Jen had called him about it. Jen doesn't say "I'll see what I can do". I mentioned the possibility of securing "Lifeline" after I had a nasty fall. She got out her phone and I received a call that got me started on it. She GETS THINGS DONE!!
