Jennifer Hazel-Mumbower, RN

I have encountered Jennifer multiple times over the years and she has always been professional, caring, supportive, funny, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and comforting. I have encountered her in many departments and in many of the roles she has at the Marion VA. I've been in ER various times, in the procedure department, in the electrophysiology department, and Cardiology. She always makes my visit or circumstance eased by her presence because I know I will receive excellent care. My fears are eased and she lifts my spirits with her humor. She keeps me informed and if she doesn't have the answer to a question, she gets it for me. She is a star and very deserving of the DAISY Award. She has always demonstrated concern for my well-being. She is certainly a beneficial addition to the Marion VA staff.
