Jenny's passion is providing the best care for our kids. She has a medically fragile child of her own at home, which gives her a unique perspective into the world of special needs families. She has compassion towards each family and also for each nurse that she supervises. Jenny looks for and finds the good in each person that she comes into contact with. She then finds a way to shine a light on those positive attributes, building confidence, self-esteem, and trust in the nurses and families that she collaborates with. Jenny is a positive role model for the nurses on her team, with her kind and compassionate spirit, her diligence to detail, and her professionalism. Jenny supports each member of her team by ensuring that they have every tool they need to succeed. She understands that the success of each child depends on each one of us doing our best each day.
