For the outstanding care she provided during my mom’s hospital stay. I stayed with my mom throughout the day and night, and I witnessed firsthand Jennifer’s calm, helpful, and supportive approach. She was consistently thorough in explaining each step of the care process and made sure we understood what was happening. Her professionalism was matched by a genuine kindness and compassion that made a difficult time more manageable. It was clear to me that she truly cared for my mom and had her best interests at heart. Jennifer’s dedication to her patients is evident, and she was always willing to answer questions or find us an answer if she wasn’t in a position to answer our question.
