I have greatly enjoyed working with Jennifer ever since she had started working on the unit. She really shines on those days that are very busy. No matter the circumstance, she remains calm and with a wonderful positive attitude. The most recent event was when we opened 4S. This was a new thing to me, as well as her and she dove right in. Her organization, sweet positive attitude, and knowledgeable critical thinking are just amazing. Not only does she make my life easier, I feel the unit runs so much more smoothly with her influence. The attitude of the unit is affected by the mood of the charge nurse and it truly shows when she is on. I feel the rest of the staff from the RNs to the CNAs and HUCs greatly trust her and respect her decisions. They know she is always fair and tries to do the best she can for not only the unit but also the hospital as a whole. I cannot say enough about how lucky we are to have her on the Sinai team.
