Patient stated: "I have to say Jennifer blew me away with her complete service and kindness. She was my glue that helped me hold it together. I was in L&D for a small thing, which morphed into being triaged and then being admitted. My doctor really freaked me out, but Jennifer was there the whole time - she was calm and explained everything, spoke to my kids and family, and she kept me calm when I was approaching a painful panic attack. When I was admitted, she did a bed side report, kept me involved and made sure I understood everything and she checked back with me at shift change when she was leaving even though I was no longer her patient. She rocks!"
