Jennifer Hotchkiss was the nurse on duty for a patient who needed to go emergently to the OR. Jennifer stayed after her shift to help a patient who needed emergent surgery and she personally shaved, showered, and cared for him. She had such a warm demeanor and kind care. One of the best examples of compassion and ED nursing care I have ever seen. She even removed his head lice.
