I want to tell you a little bit about how much we received from our nurse, Jennifer, during our hospital stay. First, I would like to tell you that her attitude was always professional and, above all, she has incredible empathy for both the patient, (who in this case was my husband) and the patient's relatives. Jennifer demonstrated that she had professional ethics, providing full attention to all details and in all the requirements that the patient had in any given situation, like food, medication, cleanliness, etc., achieving above all comfort and safety for my husband.

My husband is a patient with a strong and difficult personality, he was opposed to collaborating in any procedure or treatment that the doctor indicated. However, Jennifer somehow managed to get my husband to accept and collaborate with any procedure or treatment he had to undergo, not only with her but with the rest of the clinical staff. My husband perceived Jennifer as an empathetic professional who always spoke in a clear and precise way. She was very cheerful, kind, respectful, and always present, making the patient feel that it was the most important thing at that time for her, for all the staff, and the hospital.

Jennifer is a young nurse and despite her age, she provided confidence and security to my husband during his recovery. When he began a depressive process there was a great contribution from her so that depression would not settle in him. With her kindness, efficiency, and beautiful smile she conveyed to my husband the desire to continue living, to experience new and different things, generating positivity in him.
