Jenn was my nurse for intake as well as for the biopsy procedure that was performed during my clinic visit. An additional staff member joined us for the actual procedure to help with the instruments.
Both of these brilliant individuals were so supportive from the moment I was transferred to them from my PCM. Jenn made me feel seen, heard, and safe during an extremely difficult time. The relationship she has with her teammates, as well as the relationship she has with the provider, is so warm and comforting; I felt like I was surrounded by family. I
would just like to thank the entire team, especially Jenn, who provided my care today, and tell them that they are setting the example everyone should follow.
