Jennifer was observed holding a patient's hand while the patient grieved for their parent's passing. The patient later commended Jennifer for being there for one of the most challenging times in their lives, and especially, being in the hospital at such a vulnerable state. She will never forget what Jennifer did for her extraordinary kindness.
