Jennifer spent so much time helping my son latch and never made me feel rushed or as if any of my questions were stupid. With COVID-19 and having no family there to help besides my husband, she truly made my stay after my C-section so comforting. My husband and I were first-time parents and were clueless on a lot of things, she helped with so much. On my birthday the cafeteria wouldn't allow me to get anything to eat due to a mix-up with the allergies on my chart and she made sure I got the meal I wanted, which was crucial after a 24-hour labor and nothing to eat. When we could not figure out how to put our son in his car seat and no one at the front desk would help, she offered to come down and help us. She saw me cry many tears and I never felt judged. She is truly meant to be a nurse, and one of the kindest people I have met.
