This hospital has provided me with excellent care and all your staff/employees should receive praise. There is one individual that exemplified the true definition of caring and compassion. Jennifer not only provided me with quality care as you would expect but what caught my attention was the care and compassion with my roommate.

This older gentleman received the care that a family would love to have care for their family member. Jennifer spent all day by his side even while his wife and son sat to the side. She was there to answer the family's questions and also take care of connecting the family members with the personnel from the hospital that could further assist the family with questions concerning his future care.

The family was going to be needing to make the decision on the patient's end-of-life care. The love that she showed touched my heart. The patient was not an easy patient to care for, yet her willingness to answer his needs was fantastic. She did all of these things and not once did I feel like I was being neglected. She more than was there for my excellent care.

She was active all day not taking time for their own needs yet so efficient in each task. This efficiency in her work allowed her to also assist other nursing staff with their needs, however, it was as if she never left my side. This hospital is very fortunate to have an employee like Jennifer. She truly is the "gold standard" for healthcare.
